Create Your Account
This guide walks you through the complete account creation process, from sign-up to a fully configured dashboard ready for your first clients.
Sign-up methods
GoConverso offers two ways to create your account:
| Method | Best for | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Email + Password | Everyone | Create a new account with any email address |
| Google Sign-In | Speed | One-click setup using your Google account |
Both methods lead to the same onboarding flow and give you the same features.

Option B: Google Sign-In

Choose your username
Your username determines your public URL:
goconverso.com/your-usernameThis is the link you’ll share with clients, put in your social media bios, and print on business cards.
Username rules:
- Must be unique across the platform
- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Between 3 and 30 characters
- Cannot be changed after creation
Tips for choosing a good username:
| Approach | Example | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Business name | premium-cuts | Established brands |
| Your name | dr-sarah | Personal brands |
| Name + niche | john-barber | Easy recognition |
| Location + niche | vegas-fitness | Local businesses |
Choose carefully. Your username is permanent and cannot be changed. It becomes part of your public URL, so pick something professional and memorable.
Select your professional niche
The onboarding wizard presents a list of professional niches. Select the one that best describes your business. GoConverso supports 20+ niches, including:
Health & Beauty
- Barber
- Hairdresser / Hair Salon
- Nail Technician
- Esthetician / Skincare
Health & Wellness
- Dentist / Dental Clinic
- Psychologist
- Nutritionist
- Therapist / Counselor
- Medical Clinic
Fitness & Sports
- Personal Trainer
- Yoga Instructor
- Sports Coach
Professional Services

- Tutor / Education
Tech & Repair
- Phone Repair Shop
- Computer / IT Support
- Auto Body Shop
Creative & Other
- Photographer
- Tattoo Artist
- Content Creator
- Home Services (Plumber, Electrician, HVAC)
Why does niche matter? Your niche selection determines which services are auto-activated, which website template is suggested, and which category labels appear in your dashboard. You can always customize everything later.
Complete the onboarding flow
After selecting your niche, the Smart Onboarding Modal guides you through initial setup:
- Business name — The name displayed on your website and booking pages
- Business description — A short tagline or description (used in your website hero section)
- Contact information — Phone number, WhatsApp (optional), business address
- Working hours — Set your default weekly schedule (e.g., Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)
- Profile photo / logo — Upload your business logo or a professional photo
You can skip any of these steps and fill them in later from Dashboard > Settings.
After sign-up
Once you complete onboarding, you land on your Dashboard at converso.pro. From here you can:
- Review auto-activated services based on your niche
- Open the Website Builder to customize your public site
- Access all 22 apps from the Apps section
- Invite team members (on paid plans)
Your two URLs
It’s important to understand the two-domain setup:
| URL | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
goconverso.com/username | Your public website — share this with clients | goconverso.com/premium-cuts |
converso.pro | Your dashboard — manage everything here | converso.pro/dashboard |
Your clients only ever see the goconverso.com URL. The dashboard at converso.pro is your private management interface.
On Pro plans and above, you can connect a custom domain (e.g., www.yourbrand.com) so clients see your own URL instead of goconverso.com/username. See Custom Domains.
Language and currency
During or after setup, you can configure:
- Dashboard language — English, Portuguese (BR), or Spanish
- Default currency — USD, BRL, EUR, GBP, and 10+ more
- Timezone — auto-detected or manually set
These settings affect how prices appear on your booking page, the language of automated emails, and your appointment calendar.
Go to Dashboard > Settings at any time to change these preferences.
