Overview

The WhatsApp integration adds a floating chat button to your GoConverso public website. When a visitor clicks it, they are taken directly to a WhatsApp conversation with your business number — pre-filled with a customizable greeting message. This gives potential clients an instant, familiar way to reach you without navigating forms or phone menus.

WhatsApp is the most popular messaging app in many regions, especially in Latin America, making it an essential communication channel for professionals. By adding a click-to-chat button to your website, you lower the barrier for first contact and make it easy for visitors to ask questions, request quotes, or confirm appointment details.

You configure the integration by entering your WhatsApp Business phone number and an optional default message in your dashboard settings. The button appears on all public pages of your website and can be styled to match your site’s design. No WhatsApp Business API setup is required — the integration uses WhatsApp’s standard click-to-chat links.
