Overview
The Stripe Payments integration connects your GoConverso account to Stripe, enabling you to accept credit card payments for bookings, products, and digital goods. The integration uses Stripe Connect, which means payments are processed through your own Stripe account with funds deposited directly to your bank.
Setting up is straightforward: you connect your existing Stripe account (or create a new one) through a guided onboarding flow in your GoConverso dashboard. Once connected, payment buttons and checkout flows are automatically enabled across your booking pages, product listings, and invoices.
GoConverso uses Stripe Checkout Sessions for the payment flow, which handles all PCI compliance, 3D Secure authentication, and payment method support on Stripe’s side. This means your clients get a secure, familiar payment experience, and you do not need to worry about handling sensitive payment data. Webhook events keep your GoConverso records in sync with payment statuses in real time.
