Overview
The Checkout app provides a complete payment experience for your clients. When someone books a service or purchases a product, they are guided through a multi-step checkout flow that collects their information, applies any discounts, calculates shipping (for physical products), and processes payment securely through Stripe.
The checkout page appearance can be customized to match your brand. You can configure colors, your logo, and the overall look and feel so the payment experience feels like a natural extension of your website — not a generic third-party page.
Behind the scenes, the checkout uses Stripe Checkout Sessions for secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. After a successful payment, the system automatically creates or updates the booking or order record, sends confirmation to the client, and credits your connected Stripe account. The return page confirms the transaction and provides next steps to the client.
