GoConverso ships updates continuously. This page is updated with every significant release. For minor patches and hotfixes, check the dashboard notifications.

New feature — Client Scoring & Advanced Analytics

  • Automatic client scoring engine (0–100) built on RFM analysis — Recency, Frequency, Monetary, Engagement, and Reliability — with no external AI costs
  • Four temperature levels — Cold, Warm, Hot, and VIP — update automatically whenever you recalculate scores
  • Score breakdown panel per client: five horizontal bars with sub-scores, weights, and contextual details (days inactive, bookings, revenue, completion rate)
  • Score Distribution chart: four interactive bars showing how your client base is spread across temperature bands
  • Churn Risk score (0–100) per client, with five severity levels — None, Low, Medium, High, Critical — and an At-Risk Clients panel (Pro+)
  • Predicted LTV per client and aggregate across your entire base (Pro+)
  • Pipeline Velocity chart — average days per customer journey stage, with per-stage automation coverage badges and suggested automations (Plus+)
  • Enhanced Churn Analysis panel — accordion grouped by risk tier, with trend arrows and recommended actions (Plus+)
  • Revenue Forecast — 3-month projection line chart built from actual booking data (Pro+)
  • Cohort Retention Matrix — heatmap showing return rates by client cohort with “New” badge for fresh cohorts (Pro+)

New feature — AI Chatbot

  • AI Chatbot widget added to your public GoConverso page, available 24/7 to capture leads and answer questions
  • Two complementary modes: Flow Engine (deterministic conversation scripts) and AI Mode (Claude or GPT for open-ended questions)
  • Visual Flow Builder with 12 node types — Bot Message, Quick Reply, Condition, Collect Data, AI Response, API Call, and more — all configurable without code
  • Built-in booking flow: captures lead details, lists your real services, checks availability, and creates appointments with pending status directly in your dashboard
  • Lead Capture Wall saves every visitor’s contact information to your CRM immediately, even if they abandon the chat before booking
  • FAQ templates auto-generated from your business category (barber, dentist, personal trainer, etc.) with dynamic answers pulled from your actual account data
  • Multilingual detection — chatbot automatically identifies visitor language and translates flow messages; English, Portuguese, and Spanish supported
  • Conversations tab for reviewing full chat session logs with captured lead data
  • Metrics tab showing total sessions, leads captured, bookings created, and AI credits consumed
  • Available on Plus, Pro, Max, and Ultra plans; External API Call node requires Pro or above

New feature — Quiz Builder

  • Create scored quizzes directly inside the Form Builder — no separate app required
  • Each question can carry a point value and one or more correct answers; GoConverso calculates a score percentage server-side after every submission
  • Branching logic — configure conditional routing per field so participants see only the questions relevant to their previous answers
  • Results screen — animated score circle, pass/fail badge, points earned, and per-question feedback with correct answers (configurable)
  • Lead qualification via CRM — set tags and journey stages that are applied automatically based on whether a participant passes or fails; tags are merged without duplicates
  • Retakes — allow participants to retry a quiz up to a configurable maximum number of attempts
  • Quiz dashboard filter — new “All / Forms / Quizzes” tabs in the Form Builder to manage both types from one place
  • Four ready-made quiz templates: Lead Qualification Quiz, Client Needs Assessment, Service Finder Quiz, and Business Diagnostic Quiz — all with CRM settings pre-configured
  • Available on all plans; active quizzes count toward the same Form Builder limit as regular forms

Bug fix — Hotmart Import Large File Support

  • Fixed crash when importing Hotmart files with 900+ rows
  • Implemented chunked processing — large files are automatically split into 300-row chunks
  • Added null safety for edge function failures (no more blank screens)
  • Fixed tier constraint to support Max and Ultra plan users
  • Real-time progress tracking now updates per chunk for large imports

  • Drag-and-drop visual email editor for automation templates with 10+ presets
  • Split-panel layout: section list on the left, sticky live preview on the right
  • Dual editor mode — visual (drag-and-drop) and HTML (for power users)
  • Variable insertion chips for dynamic content ({customer_name}, {booking_date}, etc.)
  • Theme system fix — changing theme now re-applies colors to all existing sections
  • CAN-SPAM / LGPD / GDPR compliance: physical address and functional unsubscribe link in every email
