Google Calendar

Keep your schedule in sync with two-way Google Calendar integration — bookings flow to your calendar, and calendar events automatically block your GoConverso availability. Available on Plus plans and above.

Detailed documentation for this section is coming soon. Check back for updates.

Overview

The Google Calendar app creates a two-way sync between your GoConverso booking system and your Google Calendar. When a client books an appointment on GoConverso, it automatically appears on your Google Calendar. When you block time on Google Calendar for a personal event or meeting, that time is automatically marked as unavailable in your GoConverso booking system.

This eliminates double-bookings and the need to manually update two calendars. Your availability is always accurate, regardless of whether bookings come through GoConverso or events are added directly to Google Calendar.

The connection is set up through a secure OAuth flow — you authorize GoConverso to access your Google Calendar, choose which calendar to sync with, and the integration handles the rest. Connection status is visible in your dashboard so you always know the sync is active and working.
