Overview
The Loyalty Program app adds a points system to your GoConverso business. Clients automatically earn points for each completed booking, and they can redeem those points for rewards you define — discounts on future services, free add-ons, or other incentives. It is a straightforward way to encourage repeat visits and build long-term client relationships.
Points are awarded automatically through a trigger that fires when a booking is marked as completed. This means you do not need to manually track or assign points — the system handles everything. Clients can see their point balance and available rewards through the Client Portal.
You control the rules: how many points each booking earns, what rewards are available, and how many points each reward costs. This flexibility lets you design a loyalty program that fits your business model, whether you want to reward frequency, spending amount, or specific service types.
