Bundle multiple services and products into combo packages with special pricing — encourage clients to book more by offering value-packed deals. Available on Plus plans and above.
Plus+Overview
Combo Magico lets you create bundles that combine two or more of your existing services and products at a discounted price. Instead of clients booking each item separately, they choose a combo that includes everything they need — and save money doing it. This increases your average transaction value while giving clients a better deal.

Getting Started
Creating a Combo
Open the Combos dashboard
Go to Dashboard → Combos. You’ll see your existing combos with status indicators and quick toggle switches.
Click “Create Combo”
Click the Create Combo button to open the combo creation form.
Add basic information
Fill in the combo details:

Select items
Add at least 2 items to the combo. You can add:
- Services from your service catalog
- Products from your product catalog
- Or a mix of both
For each item, configure:

| Required | Whether the item is mandatory or optional in the bundle |
| Custom Price | Override the item’s regular price within the combo (optional) |

Configure discount
Choose your pricing strategy:

Set validity (optional)
Configure when the combo is available:
- Start Date — When the combo becomes active
- End Date — When the combo expires
- Leave both empty for an always-available combo
Save
Click Save. The combo is created and can be activated when ready.
Start with a popular service combo at a moderate discount (10-15%). Track the analytics for a week to see conversion rates before creating more complex bundles.
Combo Types
The system automatically detects the combo type based on the items you add:

You don’t need to select a type — it’s determined automatically when you add items.
Pricing & Discounts
How Pricing Works
The combo price is calculated automatically based on your discount configuration:
Percentage discount:
Regular total: Sum of all items at regular prices
Combo price: Regular total × (1 - discount%)
Savings: Regular total - Combo priceFixed amount discount:
Regular total: Sum of all items at regular prices
Combo price: Regular total - Fixed discount
Savings: Fixed discount amountCustom per-item pricing:
Combo price: Sum of all custom item prices
Savings: Regular total - Combo priceThe system displays both the regular price (crossed out) and the combo price, along with the savings amount — making the value proposition clear to clients.
For percentage discounts, the system validates that the value is between 0% and 100%. For fixed discounts, the system ensures the discount doesn’t exceed the regular total.

Combo Statuses

Toggle combos on or off directly from the dashboard with the quick switch, without opening the edit form.
Display Settings
Customize how combos appear on your public page:

Special Conditions
Add conditions stored as flexible JSON rules — for example, “available only on weekdays” or “requires booking at least 48 hours in advance”. These are displayed as notes on the combo card.
Analytics
Tracked Metrics
Every combo tracks performance data automatically:

Analytics Dashboard
Click on any combo to view its analytics:
- Performance summary cards with key metrics
- Daily breakdown showing trends over time
- Items sold breakdown — which items in the combo are most popular
Compare analytics across combos to identify which bundles resonate most with your clients. If a combo has high views but low conversions, try increasing the discount or simplifying the bundle.
Booking Integration
When a client books a combo on your public page:
- The combo appears alongside regular services on your booking page
- The client selects the combo and sees all included items with the discounted price
- The system calculates the total duration from all included services
- A single time slot is reserved for the combined duration
- The discounted price is applied automatically at checkout
