Your Digital Business Card is a scannable QR code that connects people directly to your GoConverso profile. When someone scans the code with their phone, they see your name, profession, contact details, services, and a one-tap button to book an appointment — no app download required.
You can download the QR code as an image to print on physical cards, flyers, or signage. The card links to your live public profile, so any updates you make to your services, hours, or contact info are reflected immediately without reprinting.

Getting Started
Accessing Your Business Card
Open the Business Card app
Go to Dashboard → Apps → Digital Business Card. You’ll see a preview of your card with your profile information.
Choose a template
Select from 3 available designs: Minimal, Premium, or Creative. Each template displays the same information in a different visual style.
Preview your card
The card automatically populates with your profile data — business name, profession, phone, email, and your public URL with a QR code.
Download or share
Use the action buttons to download your card as a PNG image, save a vCard file, copy your profile link, or share directly via your phone’s native share menu.
Make sure your profile is complete before downloading your card. Update your business name, phone number, email, and services in your profile settings — any changes are reflected on the card immediately.
Card Templates
Minimal
The default template with a clean, neumorphic design:
- Light gray background with subtle shadow effects
- Professional typography suitable for corporate settings
- Emoji icons for contact details (phone, email, website)
- Compact QR code centered on the card
- “Powered by Converso” footer
Best for: Corporate professionals, consultants, medical practitioners
Premium
A dark, elegant template with gold accents:
- Dark gradient background (gray-900 to gray-700)
- Gold/amber accent colors for highlights and borders
- Refined typography for a luxury feel
- Professional borders and card structure
- QR code with contrasting background for easy scanning
Best for: Executives, luxury services, high-end salons
Creative
An animated, eye-catching template with modern effects:
- Animated gradient background (pink → purple → indigo)
- Glassmorphism effects on card elements
- Radial gradient overlay with subtle animation
- Bold typography for creative impact
- Glassmorphic QR code container
Best for: Artists, photographers, creative professionals, content creators
All templates display the same profile information — your business name, professional category, contact details, and QR code. The difference is purely visual.
QR Code
How It Works
Your QR code links directly to your public GoConverso profile at goconverso.com/{username}. When scanned:
- The client’s phone opens your profile page
- They see your services, hours, and contact info
- They can book an appointment or purchase products immediately
- The scan is tracked in your analytics

The high error correction level means the QR code works even if partially obscured, damaged, or printed at low quality — important for physical business cards and printed materials.
UTM Tracking
Every QR code scan includes UTM parameters for analytics tracking:

Sharing Options
Download as PNG
Export your business card as a high-resolution PNG image:
- Scale: 3x resolution for print quality
- Background: Matches your selected template

Save as vCard (.vcf)
Generate a standard VCard 3.0 contact file:

When someone opens the .vcf file on their phone, it prompts them to save you as a contact — with all your details pre-filled.
The vCard respects your privacy settings. If you have phone or email set to private in your profile, those fields are excluded from the vCard file.
Native Share
On supported devices (most modern phones and some browsers), the Share button uses the Web Share API to open the native share sheet — letting recipients share your card to any installed app (Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, AirDrop, etc.).
On devices that don’t support native sharing, the system falls back to copying the link to clipboard.
Copy Link
Copies your profile URL to the clipboard with a confirmation toast. Works on all browsers and devices.
Direct Messaging
Share your card directly through:
- WhatsApp — Opens a new WhatsApp message with your card link
- Email — Opens the default email client with your card link
- SMS — Opens the messaging app with your card link pre-filled
Analytics

- Recent Events — Last 10 interactions with timestamps
Device Information
For each tracked event, the system collects:

Monitor your QR scan analytics to measure the effectiveness of offline marketing. If you print your QR code on flyers, track how many scans come from that campaign using the daily breakdown chart.
Privacy Controls
Your business card respects profile privacy settings:

These settings are controlled from your main profile settings — not from the business card app directly. The card automatically reflects your current privacy preferences.
PWA Support
The Digital Business Card supports Progressive Web App (PWA) installation:
- If the browser supports PWA installation, an “Add to Home Screen” button appears
- When installed, the card is accessible offline directly from the device home screen
- Installation is tracked as an
